We offer a variety of different services that are described in detail below.
CV Writing: Our team constructs personalised CVs based on the selected package. Tailored to each customer, these CVs showcase their professional and academic achievements using information provided through our PickmeCV customer form. You should deliver us the terms and details of your own expert abilities. We offer CV and cover letter styles suited for Entry to Mid-level professionals only. Our services are written in in English.
Cover Letter Writing: We compose personalised introductory letters tailored to the customer’s chosen field of work, designed to capture the interest of recruiters.
CV Facelift Lift: Transform your outdated CV into a visually striking, modern design (requires existing CV). Our creative designer offers various styles to align with your personality.
CV and Cover Letter Templates: Customers can choose from a range of design templates. Once work is allocated, we proceed with the chosen design. We do not change design template once chosen. Please note all designs are tailored to the customer and will differ from the example photo when information is added.
CV Love: This package delivers a ‘CV’ specially tailored to the customer’s profile to aid and support their desires and needs are heard. Customers are expected to provide necessary information via our client form, and the CV can be delivered in PDF/PNG/JPEG format.
Compatibility Assessment Form: This questionnaire, focusing on relationship-related questions, is emailed to the provided address.

Resignation Service: Our resignation service provides professional assistance in drafting resignation letters via the PickmeCV Resignation Form. Offers third-party personal representative (PR), to assist clients in their resignation process. *

By purchasing this package and completing the resignation form, hereby authorises PickmeCV Resignation Service to act as their designated third-party representative for serving notice to their current employer. It is understood that PickmeCV will handle the resignation process, including drafting and submitting a formal resignation letter, on behalf of the customer.
The customer acknowledges and agrees that PickmeCV will maintain confidentiality throughout the process and represent them in a professional manner. The customer releases PickmeCV from any liability arising from the resignation process, provided that PickmeCV acts in accordance with the terms of this agreement and with due diligence.
The Customer affirms that all information provided to PickmeCV is accurate and complete. Any consequences resulting from inaccurate information are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Information access: Only authorised members of our team who are directly involved in handling your resignation will have access to your information. We maintain strict confidentiality protocols to ensure that your data remains secure and protected.
Sharing information: No, we will never share your information with third parties without your explicit consent. Your privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance to us, and we adhere to strict confidentiality policies to protect your data.
Package specifics: If you need to resign from multiple positions at once, rest assured that our resignation service can assist you. Each package covers the resignation process for one position, ensuring thorough and personalised support for each resignation.
Professional specifications
When the order is placed, customers are sent a PickmeCV customer form to fill out (including information required and design style needs to be specified) . As soon as our customer form is completed and sent back to us we can write up your order request. After the request is approved and the order being completed, it would not be our responsibility, if any data is absent. If the customer provides the data to be included after the transmission of work, we claim all authority to demand extra charges dependent upon the conditions. The customer has a maximum of 30 days from when order is placed to send in details required.
Page Limit: We strictly limit CVs to a maximum of two pages. This ensures that the information provided is relevant, focused, and easily digestible for employers. Each package states the page count for customers who either require a 1 or 2 page CV. For enquires email info@pickmecv.com for more information.
Word Limit: To preserve the integrity of the CV design, we adhere to a maximum word limit of up to 300 words per page (varies depending on design) to prevent overcrowding and maintain readability.
Personal representative (PR) service is only available with CV Love services and resignation services. Our team will reach out to individuals on your behalf. We will act as a third party to forward documentation and any relevant information in relation to your purchase.
Delivery of your order
Orders are sent by email within an appropriate timeframe of receiving your customer form. Please note our turnaround time can vary as it depends on various factors, such as work load etc. The timeframe does not include any modifications required. The order format consists PDF form (non editable). If any issues arise with accessibility or the format, we would not be able to issue any refund option.
Cancellation
We do not issue refunds on any packages available at PickmeCV even if you decide to cancel your request, as we don’t want any unnecessary work allocated to our skilled writers.
Payment procedure
Both Credit /Debit card accepted. Bank account information and card data can’t be saved and used by us.
Revision policy
We offer modifications of content up to 7 days after receipt of order free of charge. You should recheck the order for any errors after delivery and request changes within the time frame because after 7 days, modifications won’t be available. Please note the timeframe for modifications may take up to 7 working days.
Refund policy
At PickmeCV, we make sure to produce a high-quality standard to our customers. If there are any errors in the content, customers have up to 7 working days to requests for any modifications because at PickmeCV, we do not offer refunds.
